We collect only the data necessary to provide the application's functionalities:

• Technical Data: basic device information, application version, and access logs required for service security and operation.
• Documents and Images: files, photographs, and text selected by the user for creating, editing, converting, or generating PDF documents.
• Advertising Data: device identifiers, usage data, and information collected by Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements.

2. Permissions Requested

• Notifications → to send notices, news, updates, and important information related to the application.
• Camera → to capture documents, text, or images that may be converted into PDF files.
• Storage and File Access → to select, save, import, and export documents, images, and PDF files.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Enable the creation, editing, and conversion of PDF documents;
• Process images and photographs submitted by the user;
• Enable text extraction from documents and images;
• Send notifications related to the application's operation;
• Improve the security, performance, and stability of the service;
• Provide and display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob;
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes, except for the advertising data collected automatically by Google AdMob to serve ads within the app.

Documents, images, and generated PDF files remain under the user's control. The application does not automatically publish, distribute, or share your files with other individuals or companies.

If the user chooses to share a PDF created within the application, such sharing occurs solely at the user's own initiative through third-party applications or services installed on their device, such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, Telegram, Outlook, or similar platforms.

Once a file is shared by the user, data processing may become subject to the terms and privacy policies of the selected platform.

5. Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Documents, images, and generated PDF files are stored locally on the user's device or in a location chosen by the user.

We do not access, view, or share user-created documents except when necessary to provide requested functionalities or when required by law.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

In accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), you have the following rights:

• Confirm the existence of data processing;
• Access your personal data;
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Request deletion of your data;
